This is not a technical or IT project management position, and a PMP or other certificate is not required (IT experience or PM certificate are not pluses – Looking for practical, business PM experience).
Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience leading and managing projects for business process improvements, including simplifying, standardizing, and centralizing of processes, implementing best practices, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Will be responsible for managing Global HR Services projects, leading cross-functional and global project teams, managing complex system implementations, coordinating UATs and liaising with technical teams.
Must be proficient with PowerPoint and Excel including macros, formulas, pivot tables and other advanced functionality.
Knowledge of VBA, and experience in HR, are a plus.
Must have proven track record of leading projects to successful implementation, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with virtual teams, strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented yet able to think strategically, and able to break down complex problems into manageable tasks to deliver results on time and in accordance with project objectives.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, keep deadlines, and address unexpected changes in prioritization.
