Location: Ft. Lauderdale FL (Can be done remotely)
Duration: 9-12 month
Experience in Sales Support, Business Operations or Program Management roles.
Experience in Channel Marketing, Channel Management, Channel Operations or in other roles that interfaced with and supported the Channel business.
Experience negotiating and managing complex business and change management programs.
Ability to define, lead and manage cross functional programs in the areas of Channel and Regional Marketing, Operations, Sales, IT, Legal, and Finance to implement new programs, policies and systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work throughout all level of the organization.
Experience working in global organizations and the ability to travel internationally as needed.
Ability to work collaboratively and build lasting relationships, both internally and externally.
Experience as a change agent: ability to work cross functionally and with Partners to drive change and institutionalize new programs and processes.
Customer first mentality: tenacious in solving partner and end customer problems and exceeding their expectations.
Clear thinker and problem solver in complex situations. Able to work to strict deadlines and balance varying priorities that exist at any one time.
Ability to manage and support Channel programs like MDF, POS, Deal Registration etc. Knowledge of tools like Zyme or PRM will provide accountability to the process
Adept at Microsoft Excel with advance knowledge of Pivots, Formulas, Macros etc
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word).
Professional program or project management certification advantageous.
