SAP Payroll Tester

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)    
Partner with HRIS/IT/Project team and Test lead to evaluate business test scenarios based on requirements working with the client business personnel to identify test cases reviewing SAP HRP functionality plus Whirlpool customizations and interfaces to identify test cases considering unique attributes of US, Canada and Mexico cycles including taxes and deductions/benefits considering unique attributes of hourly, salaried and executive cycles documentation of test cases defining re-usable test cases in HPQC (Quality Center) (actual test execution to be performed by the client) Responsible for development and management of Test Strategies, Test Plans, 
Test script development and coordinate Test execution and Defect tracking - working with testing lead 
Ensures payroll tests are conducted and accepted by internal stakeholders and impacted vendors 
Facilitates testing execution and develops test evidence 
Manages daily test status reporting with testing lead 
Work with and support the Functional and Analyst groups in gaining the details to development test scenarios 
Manages test exit/entry criteria with testing lead
Client is upgrading from SAP HRP 4.7 to 6.0.   
Minimum Requirements: 
3+ years: SAP ECC 6 experience (other SAP payroll support) 
3+ years: Proficient knowledge, understanding of, and experience with writing test cases, working with testing tools (i.e. HPQC, HP UFT, QA Load, etc.), along with working knowledge of converting requirements into test cases 
Broad knowledge of HR business processes and supporting systems and services 
Experience with third party vendor applications   
Additional Qualifications: 
Strong attention to detail 
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities 
Strong customer service focus 
Fluent English language skills   
Travel:  Need locals 
Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience   Nice to Have; (But not a must)
