MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
Outlook Calendar Mgt & Conference Room Scheduling required 
Travel booking via Concur - if they have this experience it would be a plus. 

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization. Education: High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable. Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests.  Type correspondence, compile data for expense and statistical reports.  Schedule travel, appointments and meetings.  Coordinate space and office organization; maintaining paper and electronic files. Coordinate and execute office/business improvement projects.
