Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Scheduler - REMOTE
Dell is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsible for providing all levels of support to the recruiters and recruiting leadership. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator manages administrative functions related to the full-lifecycle recruitment processes and maintains excellent relations with recruiters, hiring leaders, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, personal organization, and proactive problem solving ability is required.
Job Responsibilities: • Assist recruiters and candidates throughout the recruitment process • Interview Logistics – schedule interviews and candidate travel • Act as point-of-contact with candidates regarding process questions, logistics, on-boarding • Maintain candidate files, system updates, and ensure compliance with federal laws • Proactively manage job postings and help track real-time posting usage for Recruiters • Provide reporting assistance as needed and actively participate on special projects aimed at improving existing programs/processes • Be a strong representative of the brand and create a positive candidate experience by assisting in the coordination of all communication with candidates, providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about Dell and position.
Requirements:
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications • The ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles, to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization • Detail-oriented and organizational skills are critical, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and grasp new recruiting concepts and procedures • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Able to manage competing demands, while remaining adaptable and flexible
