Contracts Administrator


Duration:  12 months extendable
Location: Andover, MA 01810

5 or more years of experience in position or specialization. This position will be for work on special projects for the Contract Management Team. 
This will involve the understanding of how contracts operate within the company from the pricing to the contractual provisions to the date of delivery. 
Work in conjunction with clients internal departments, to ensure compliance with current corporate policies and procedures. 
Coordinate activities and resources for projects that impact multiple departments or for multiple projects. 
Provide support to the contract managers, contract specialist and business analysts as needed. 
This may include the review, drafting, and negotiation of agreements for the sale of companies products and services. 
Evaluate agreements to optimize a balance between risk and revenue. Act as liaison for the sales force between the Customer, and clients internal departments (business, finance, legal, service proposal center and sales
operations) providing a single point of contact. 
Work in conjunction with clients internal departments, to ensure compliance with current corporate policies and procedures. 
Negotiate final terms and conditions, while identifying and providing recommendations to contract resolution
