Talent Acquisition Manager

The company is a dynamic startup in payment, doubling its teams in 2019, looking to find the internal recruiter who 
will help to meet this goal. 
 
Especially :
 
·       Define, in partnership with human resources, the recruitment strategy and ensure its implementation at group level
·       Understand business issues, demonstrate innovation in a strong competitive environment and maintain 
quality-focused recruitment
·       Exchange with the managers of the different entities
·       Developing attractiveness, particularly through a unique Candidate Experience, strong and 
lasting School Relations, the development of the employer brand
·       Guarantor and actor in the process of recruiting CV sourcing to the onboarding of new employees
·       Organize events (seminars, exhibitions, forums, team buildings, recruitment sessions ...)
 
Profile
 
Proven and successful recruitment experience and more specifically in start-up environment and 
master all components
 
Good knowledge of the digital sector ideally Fintech
 
Beyond these essential skills, we are looking for someone:
 
- Possessing excellent interpersonal skills
- Strength of proposal
- At ease in a dynamic environment with few tools
 
Job type: Full time, fixed term, permanent
 
Salary: 50 000,00 € / year
Based in Paris
