MISSIONS

Build a Growth Machine in the UK

  • Hire, Train & Manage the Sales & Onboarding Teams
  • Work with France teams to define and implement a scalable & predictable local Sales strategy
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Operations ensuring long-term company success
  • Act as spokesperson for the organisation at (sales) events

PROFILE

  • Business + entrepreneur profile who wants to manage a growth team
  • 5+ years sales experience in data-driven or tech related organisations, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS Startup environment
  • 2+ years of management or team lead experience
  • Strong ability to coach and bring teams to higher performance standards
  • Outstanding structured working methods and ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
