As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through Anvyl's software setup, training, and ensure the overall success of their supply chain operations on the Anvyl platform. Our customers vary in size and industry, so we are looking for motivated team members who have strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the flexibility to help with a variety of projects. Our customer operations team at Anvyl is intensely focused on the success of our customers; we need people who see the power of the platform can translate this into tangible results for our customers.
You'll need to demonstrate deep knowledge of Anvyl's products and efficiently leverage the platform to improve customer workflows and operations. You will be the first person customers interact with post sale. We want the customer to see our passion for software, supply chain and problem solving, so you need to show up ready to positively impact the customer on a daily basis.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Serve as the main point of contact for around 40 customers to ensure a successful onboarding process to Anvyl’s platform; complete the required technical setup efficiently and in a timely manner
- Continuous customer engagement through regular strategic calls and outreaches to drive product adoption relative to customer’s strategic directions and needs
- Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilize Anvyl tools
- Develop data driven engagement strategies and launch growth oriented campaigns with your customers
- Capture customer stories to be communicated to our product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Support Global Operations Managers as they work to deliver a world class experience to our customers
- Improve and scale the Anvyl Customer Operations process
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF:
- You are truly motivated to solve customer problems
- Have 2+ years at a B2B SAAS company in a customer facing role
- You have a worked extensively with a CRM software
- You're familiar with G-Suite, Slack, Trello, Asana and Airtable
- Can deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software
- Establish a customer feedback loop, set up CRMs and/or organize customer experience processes
- Have next-level attention to detail and the drive to deliver ahead of schedule; supply chain experience is a bonus
- Can research, troubleshoot and solve complex software issues
- Can effectively project manage and create organized plans that ensure customer success post-onboarding
