CRM Solutions Architect

AnaVation, LLC is seeking CRM Solutions Architects to multiple engagements with the Department of Justice (DOJ). Primary work location will be in Chantilly, VA with frequent travel with DC metro area. May need to travel for customer meetings/requirement sessions within the US to various customer offices. 
 
 The candidate will be responsible for supporting proposals and performing product evaluations against RFP requirements for various CRM products. The candidate will also support proposals by developing technical solutions in response to Task Order requirements. Also, serve as a CRM SME with clients during sales cycle and in support of marketing events.
 
The candidate will provide CRM technical leadership during the requirements, design, and testing, and implementation phases. Responsible for ensuring that the CRM solution design meets customer requirements and use cases. Candidate will be responsible for working closely with project sponsors and business user.
 
 Required:
 
  • Experience in implementing CRM projects using agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience in full life cycle software development and deployment processes to include: environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
  • Experience performing product evaluations, and working closely with CRM product providers to build customized demonstrations of projects.
  • 10+ years direct experience in software development life cycle
  • 6+ years experience implementing CRM systems
  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of CRM software solutions
  • Project management skills and experience in managing teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Superior Customer Service
  • Must be willing to travel locally (50%) and occasional travel non-locally (10-15%)
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT related field
  • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
 
Desired:

  • Expert level knowledge in CRM products such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Specific experience to include:
  • Configuration experience
  • Defining business requirements and developing user stories
  • Developing system design documents
  • Experience integrating CRM products with other systems
  • Certifications in Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or other CRM platforms
