Information Assurance Engineer (Mid)

AnaVation is looking for IA Engineers to support our mission critical customer in Sterling, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project planning activities
  • Provide expertise in engineering cybersecurity solutions
  • Provide Cybersecurity, Computer Network Defense, Network Analysis, Digital Media Analysis, Malware Analysis, Industrial Control Systems Analysis, Cyber indicator information sharing, and cyber incident response expertise to support operational process and requirements definition, refinement, traceability, and validation
  • Develop project-specific architectures
  • Participate in Agile SCRUM activities
  • Develop documentation as needed – Security Control Traceability Matrix (SCTM), Security Test Plan, Functional Requirements Document (FRD), User Stories, CONOPS, architecture artifacts, technology insertion packages, and other security engineering artifacts as required.
  • Provide interoperability and integration support
  • Support project security engineering activities for individual capabilities such as security requirements, security impact analyses, development and execution of a security test plan and security testing and evaluation of new and existing capabilities, and development of capability-specific security concepts/architectures

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of information assurance/cybersecurity experience
  • Selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Top Secret with SCI eligibility
