AnaVation, LLC is seeking CRM Developers to support multiple engagements with the Department of Justice (DOJ). Primary work location will be in Chantilly, VA with frequent travel with DC metro area. May need to travel for customer meetings/requirement sessions within the US to various customer offices.
The candidate will provide support during the requirements, design, and testing, and implementation phases. Helps to ensure CRM solutions/designs meet customer requirements and use cases. Candidate will be responsible for working closely with project sponsors and business user.
Required:
- Experience in implementing CRM projects using agile software development methodologies.
- Experience in full life cycle software development and deployment processes to include: environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience performing product evaluations, and working closely with CRM product providers to build customized demonstrations of projects.
- 1-6 years direct experience performing CRM solution design, development and implementation
- Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, and meeting facilitation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Superior Customer Service
- Must be willing to travel locally (50%) and occasional travel non-locally (10-15%)
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT related field
- Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance

- Configuration experience
- Defining business requirements and developing user stories
- Developing system design documents
- Experience integrating CRM products with other systems
- Certifications in Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or other CRM platforms
