Intake Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

  • Responsible for coordinating intake activities, including orientation, distribution of intake material and administration of assessments;
  • Assign Career Coach/Specialist and coordinate client flow between intake assessment and interview;
  • Quantify assessments and refer to responsible Career Coach/Specialist.

Qualifications: Must have undergraduate degree, bi- or multi-lingual capabilities are highly desired.
