Appointment Setter / CSR

We are a reputable HVAC company in business over 25 years. Family owned and operated. We are a fast growing company with a lot of room for advancement. We provide an extremely great work culture. We are looking to hire a motivated person with good time management skills, the ability to work independently, outgoing, dependable, and has a go get it attitude. This is a part time position.  Pay is based off experience.  

Job Summary: Making outbound calls to existing customers. Booking  appointments to get our technicians in the house.  Building rapport with customers and sharing information with them about the benefits of our services. Generating enthusiasm for the appointment and scheduling as soon as possible  

Duties and Responsibilities :

·         Customer Service oriented
·         Outbound calls 
·         Booking appointments
·         Interacting with customers on the phone
·         Problem solving
·         Updating customer software notes 

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Customer oriented and positive energetic attitude
  • 1-2 years in a sales or telemarketing environment preferred ( not required)
  • Dependable, punctual and confident
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Friendly, can-do, and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and computer skills 
  • Ability to multi-task
  • HVAC knowledge / background is a plus

$12- $15 per hour plus commision
 
Pay is based off experience.  This is a part time position
