About the VP of Lender Partnerships Role
We are looking for an experienced and visionary sales leader to join AlphaFlow. The VP of Lender Partnerships will develop, manage, and expand relationships with lenders across the country. You will leverage your wealth of experience to develop our parter acquisition and customer success strategies and work relentlessly to execute against them. You will build and mentor a national team to leverage your industry expertise and execute your vision. You will work closely with the executive team to define company objectives and define how we accomplish those goals. 

You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get the job done alongside your team. You are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information. You are comfortable and excited to contribute to AlphaFlow’s company culture and interface with every division of the organization. This role has a high bar, but you will have a strong voice in shaping the future of AlphaFlow. 

This position reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, manage and develop the Lender Partnership business development & account management teams. 
  • Develop and implement sales & account management strategies to increase the number of lender relationships, increase the supply of loans and improve lender satisfaction. 
  • Improve the processes to identify and qualify potential lenders to ensure a prospective lender is a good fit for AlphaFlow.
  • Coordinate activities with the investment and servicing teams to ensure a positive lender experience. 
  • Identify ways to incorporate lender feedback into the on-boarding, investment decisioning, and servicing process to increase lender satisfaction and retention.
  • Travel to industry conferences to be an advocate with lenders for AlphaFlow’s loan buying platform and conduct on-site visits to cultivate strong relationships.
  • Work alongside the executive team to define and execute company goals, including those outside of the Lender Partnerships group. 

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of sales experience in real estate and/or lending
  • History of sales management success
  • Existing lender relationships
  • Strong organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to multitask while balancing attention to detail
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice to Haves:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
  • Experience in a startup (particularly fintech)
  • Experience working with technology companies
  • Investment and/or credit experience
