Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact with clients and executives, possessing a professional, customer-service attitude
  • Propose and follow unique partnership ideas and new ventures that lead to incremental revenue and/or larger investments
  • Gather information on leads and prepare client proposals and special sales presentations
  • Meet with customers, make professional presentations, initiate the preparation of proposals, communicate proposals to customers and negotiate with customers to achieve a successful resolution
  • Monitor community feedback and prepare findings for the team
  • Establishment and maintenance of social media channels
  • Growth and retention of customers utilizing digital accompaniments to course products through e-marketing tactics.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering calls, scheduling and coordinating meetings, calendar maintenance, preparing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, etc


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative, sales or marketing support role
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A creative thinker - understands clients and can uncover revenue opportunities
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of comfort communicating on the phone
