Business Sales Specialist

The company currently provides FAX.PLUS (the leading online faxing platform) to over 500,000 customers worldwide and will soon launch SIGN.PLUS (a legally binding electronic signature platform).

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage significant deal volume and grow pipeline.
  • Respond to inbound lead generation, and leverages social selling techniques for outbound generation.
  • Follow up offers and lead negotiations with the customer.
  • Identify new customers and present features and benefits of the product and convert to a user.
  • Pursue high value, strategic sales prospects. 
  • Effectively drive and manage the sales cycle for key accounts.
  • Manage a balanced sales funnel. 
  • Execute all steps of the sales process from target to close to continually securing new business.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - maintain close contact with all customers – including follow up on concerns or other issues.
  • Develop, execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Communicate with and present to C-level executives, confidently conveying Alohi’s value proposition.
  • Deliver growth in current customers through incremental sales.


Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Ability to interact with customers in a consultative, face-to-face selling environment in a way that builds value for the customer and facilitates opportunities for future sales.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability; with the ability to perform statistical and data analyses.
  • A creative thinker - understands clients and can uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high level of comfort communicating on the phone.
