Assistant Operations Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Assistant Operations Manager will report to the Operations Manager of All-In Removal. Our Company is searching for a detail-oriented person who will work closely with our Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations, dispatching, and material flow.  In addition, this position will be responsible for a comprehensive Quality Assurance program that will enable the Company to operate at the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency.  We offer opportunities for advancement along with a competitive pay, as well as, a collaborative, supportive work environment.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
v  Reinforce a culture of Safety within the staff, first and foremost.
v  Assist in training and developing staff.
v  Implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure the success of the Company.
-          Manage and improve upon existing measurement tools to ensure highest levels of productivity are met.
-          Implement oversight practices that are designed to identify mistakes while they are 
reversible.   
-          Assist in tracking the performance of each employee as it pertains to                                       
Safety, Accuracy, and Productivity; in that order.                       
v  Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records for materials, fuel, fixed assets, supplies, etc., including providing support to mitigate inventory losses
 
v  Assist in the oversight of fleet maintenance functions that track fuel mileage, oil changes, equipment lubrication, inspection logs and other preventative maintenance programs to ensure efficiency and compliance
v  Responsible for proactively identifying problems, that if addressed immediately, will save time and resources in the future.
v  Liaison between operations and management to relay information concerning Company, customers, and competition to Management.  
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
v  Prior management experience in operations, logistics, or transportation.
v  Ability to work a blended role of operations and logistics in both an office environment and in the field.
v  Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment.  
v  Ability to effectively communicate verbally, and in writing, with subordinates, peers and management
v  Ability to foster positive employee morale.   
v  Above average computer skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
v  Effective time management skills.
v  Highly organized and capable of multitasking. 
v  Dependability
v  Attention to detail
v  CDL license, or willingness to acquire, preferred
v  High school diploma or higher
