Aledade is looking for an Operations Specialist for the North Carolina ACOs which requires the successful candidate to have the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Supports the ACO Coordinator in the general operations of the ACO, such as coordinating, planning and executing of meetings, regional meetings, and follow-up items.
- Assists the Coordinator in monitoring field staff activities to meet KPI goals.
- Assists with updating executives across the healthcare spectrum on behalf of the ACO.
- Assists in Report Preparation and KPI analysis related to these programs; including design of reporting mechanisms to evaluate expected shared savings with various health plan payers including, but not limited to, Medicare, Blue Cross, and Medicare Advantage Plans.
- Works with management to analyze and monitor the financial performance of value-based initiatives and prepare and submit financial reports to key stakeholders
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Aledade policies and procedures, practice standards, HIPAA, and Regulatory Agencies
- Assist and support the Aledade Compliance Department with all internal and external audits as it relates to both clinical documentation and reporting.
- Assist the Aledade field team with any issues regarding data requests, customer satisfaction initiatives, or revenue increase due to Aledade efforts. Collaborate with Aledade field staff to identify and communicate the impact of initiatives implementation.
- Manage the onboarding of new member physician practices to ensure that they are properly enrolled in value-based initiatives with the relevant carriers
- Supports Regional Medical Director in the coordinating of meetings and compiling clinical call packets for Local Medical Directors.
- Supports the Executive Director and Coordinator on ACO in other projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.- Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Project management skills are a plus.
- Proficient in excel and Microsoft suite.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
- Up to 20-30% travel including some overnights throughout NC.
