Analyst, Commerical Payer Performance

We are actively recruiting for an Analyst, Commercial Payer Performance. The Analyst will play a critical role in driving success in commercial contracts across Aledade’s provider network. The Analyst will work across Aledade’s provider network in collaboration with a range of payors to drive commercial contract success. This role requires demonstrated excellence in creating “buy-in” with internal stakeholders to promote and effect change in the way healthcare is delivered.  We are looking for individuals who genuinely believe that Aledade’s model of physician-led ACO's can improve quality and lower cost. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with market leadership teams and payor partners to drive shared savings in Aledade’s private payer contracts across Aledade’s provider network.
  • Create monitoring tools to track progress, analyze results, and drive success at the market level and ensure payor performance, including savings and quality, and other deliverables are met.
  • Develop a deep understanding of individual payor programs and develop strategies for field teams to integrate, prioritize and execute on commercial programs in their markets. 
  • Serve as the main Aledade point of contact with payor partners.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 2 to 3 years of related experience working in the healthcare industry (i.e., health plan, hospital, pharmaceutical manufacturer, government, pharmacy chain, management consulting, think tank) with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and performance and interfacing with internal or external stakeholders. 
  • Relevant competencies include developing and maintaining customer relationships, analytical problem solving, project management, effective written and verbal communication, and strategic insight.
  • Must be results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead a team to consistently meet deadlines and expectations. 
  • Periodic travel to assigned Aledade markets and team retreats is required. 
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on key goals.
