South Jersey Family Medicine is currently seeking a dynamic Business Manager to successfully manage and grow our 25+ year old business, who will execute SJFM’s vision and strengthen our strategic plan to ensure overall success.
ABOUT THIS ROLE:
The Business Manager is responsible for ensuring every patient has a memorable and inviting experience while delivering the company's desired financial results. This includes but is not limited to; leading a team of medical professionals, consistently modeling patient satisfaction behaviors, development and retention of talent, loss prevention, expense control, training & coaching, and practice cleanliness. The Business Manager will have supervisory authority for entire practice staff. She/he will recruit, on-board, and retain new team members to ensure ongoing success and team happiness. She/he will lead budget generation, monitoring of operational issues, and reporting of progress and productivity.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Masters of/in business, health administration or a related field preferred. Supervisory experience required.
