Outreach Coordinator (HQ or Remote)

Founded in 2014, Aledade is a healthcare company funded by some of the most prominent investors in healthcare, including Venrock and Google Ventures. We help independent primary care physicians deliver better care at lower cost by supporting their transition to value-based care. Our rapidly expanding national network includes more than 4,000 participating providers in 24 states. Aledade shares in the risk and reward across over 35 value-based government and commercial contracts representing more than 500,000 lives under management.

Aledade and our physician partners are proudly served by a diverse, dynamic, passionate team of over 200 employees who are committed to changing healthcare in America. Aledade was named a Washington Post Top Workplace in 2018 and was also selected as a finalist for the Top 50 in Digital Health’s Fastest Growing Companies.

As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking Outreach Coordinators to support market development around the country. Outreach Coordinators are part of our Growth and Network Operations team. These are exciting, entrepreneurial roles focused on helping independent physician practices across the country to participate in value-based reimbursement arrangements through Aledade. Outreach Coordinators must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be excellent communicators and empathetic relationship-builders who are energized by the mission of helping practices to sustain their independence through value-based care. Outreach Coordinators serve as subject matter experts, helping to educate practices and clinics on value-based care and how Aledade can help them to be successful.

  • Coordinating with teammates to create demand generation strategies, marketing campaigns, collateral/content, event plans, promotions and awareness-building ‘air cover’ to reach and engage target audiences
  • Capturing key insights, progress and next steps within Salesforce CRM, generating weekly reports that illustrate progress toward goals, priorities and plans
