[Job Summary]
This role will provide administrative support and assist senior management in CEO office on daily operation.
[Responsibilities]
◉ Provide assistance to senior management through the completion of diversified secretarial duties and administrative activities.
◉ English Interpretation and Translation for Project Contents.
◉ Schedule/coordinate appointment, meetings and conferences.
◉ Co-work with cross function and support the company's initiatives and special projects as assigned.
[Qualifications]
◉ Familiar with administrative duties and providing support to management level positions.
◉ Ability to work independently and within a team.
◉ Good communication and coordination skill.
◉ Approachable, detail-oriented, open-minded and is keen on continuous learning.
◉ Good command of written and conversational in both English and Chinese.
◉ Proficiency in Mac OS and Google Cloud processing tools .
