Job Description
Aktis is growing fast and it is an ideal time to join our highly motivated and diverse team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a corporate governance analyst. As an analyst you will investigate and evaluate corporate governance practices in companies, applicable national regulations and relevant international best practice.
We are looking for individuals with sophisticated analytical skills, capacity to multitask and original thinking. You will keep abreast with regulatory developments and best practice guidelines for companies according to allocated geographic or institutional responsibilities, and share insights with the team and clients. You will also actively participate in preparing client reports and servicing clients. In addition, you will work in close collaboration with our IT team to develop and improve our unique software and the product we offer to clients.
Skills & Requirements
Required:
- Deep knowledge of Corporate Governance
- Good understanding of finance/capital markets from a corporate governance perspective, preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate governance/investment analysis/research.
- Excellent academic record and a bachelor’s degree in law, management, economics, social sciences, or equivalent
- Able to analyse a large amount of complex information
- Attention to details
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Be self-motivated and take ownership of issues
