Customer Service Representative- Work From Home

We're looking for a customer service representative to work from home! 

We are a residential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company. We are seeking a customer service representative with exceptional phone skills to work from home. There will also be a variety of other office responsibilities, but phones are first and foremost. We are not a call center. Most of our phone needs are inbound customer calls.

Hours are negotiable.

Other Secondary Job Duties Include:
-Scheduling appointments for our technical staff.
-Outbound calls to verify appointments.
-Routing technicians to service calls.
-Filing and other office tasks as needed.
-Use your creative thinking & team work skills to ensure all your customers are taken care of.

Job Requirements:
-Excellent telephone voice.
-Great attitude and work ethic.
-Have the ability to multitask.
-Calm and confident demeanor.
-Experience a plus, but we are willing to train those that exude great natural ability to multitask and provide wonderful customer service over the phone and to co-workers.
-Dependable and available to take additional shifts when available.
