We’re looking for a data-oriented self-starter to join the AirGarage team as a member of the Supply Growth team.
Your main focus in this role will be to identify and onboard qualified parking lot owners to the AirGarage platform. This will be a creative, hands-on role where you need to be both strategic and extremely tactical to source, close, and onboard high quality supply. While doing this, you’ll also be writing the playbook for how we scale our service to hundreds of thousands of parking lots around the world.
WHO YOU ARE
There are a few things that will make you extremely successful in this role. Ideally you’ll be a jack of all trades, comfortable tackling challenges from hustling to onboard every possible parking lot owner, to helping us define our sales strategy, to writing the playbook for how we hire many more folks to our supply growth team. You should be able to move fluidly from strategic to tactical work, think analytically about supply growth, and feel a strong sense of ownership over the way we source, close, and onboard new supply partners. You should be comfortable as an individual contributor as an early employee, but hungry for leadership and management opportunities as we grow our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-- Grow the supply side of AirGarage -- source and onboard more high quality parking lot partners.
-- Serve as a cornerstone member of the AirGarage growth team: leading the execution, prioritization, and strategy for supply growth.
-- Work closely with the Founders, including Jonathon Barkl (CEO).
-- Identify, operationalize, and grow channels for recruiting parking lots.
-- Drive growth strategy based on data
-- Build a team around you to identify, prospect, and onboard parking lots as the company grows

WHAT YOU NEED
-- Business Development, Sales or Operations experience at a high-growth startup or a background in tackling challenging problems in a fast-paced environment
-- Excellent communication skills -- both in communicating strategy, process, and priorities internally to the team as well as externally to our supply partners.
-- An analytical bend -- there’s going to be a lot of hustle, manual work, and grit in this role, but you’ll need to think analytically about where you’re applying your superpowers, and help structure the company’s efforts to drive quality growth, not just move a number on a dashboard.
-- Strong project management and organizational skills
-- Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance, policy and legal concepts to tackle complex challenges
