AirGarage is working to repurpose the 30% of the American city currently occupied by parking.
As a full-stack parking operator, we automate the operation of parking lots and enable churches and businesses to rent out parking to drivers on demand.
Our mission is to restore vibrancy in cities and transform these single-use spaces into multi-use hubs to support a future filled with cloud kitchens, micro-mobility, autonomous vehicles, on-demand fulfillment, and more.
We're backed by Floodgate, Founders Fund, Weekend Fund, and Angels who have worked at Omni, Opendoor, and Uber.
AirGarage is dedicated to building a fully diverse and inclusive culture. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives. We are an equal opportunity employer and deeply value creating comfortable workplace environments where you can grow.
We’re looking for a clever experimenter with excellent writing skills to join the AirGarage team as our Growth Marketing Lead. We are seeking a generalist who can rapidly experiment across the marketing funnel - doing everything from writing blog posts to designing high-converting Google Ads campaigns.
Your main objective will be to find new channels (and hone existing ones) for increasing our supply of parking lots. You're eager to run and measure experiments by spinning up landing pages, tweaking Facebook ads, and writing blog posts to source parking lot owners from churches and businesses around the country.
In addition to content creation, the Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for running and optimizing our SEO/SEM, analyzing conversions, keywords, ROI, and spend.
WHO YOU ARE
There are a few things that will make you extremely successful in this role. Ideally you’ll be a strong writer who knows their way around tools like Google Ads and SEMRush or other keyword analytics tools necessary to develop a keyword strategy. You should be able to move fluidly from strategic to tactical work while thinking analytically about ad copy, content topics, SEO, keywords, and more. You should be comfortable as an individual contributor as an early employee, but hungry for leadership and management opportunities as we grow our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-- Design and test highly-converting Google Ads, while experimenting with other opportunities and networks for ad placements.
-- Write compelling content about the AirGarage product and create showcase pages that demonstrate our value proposition with targeting keywords.
-- Find and test new channels for paid CPC, for example Bing Ads, Capterra, church email lists, or property management newsletters.
-- Serve as a cornerstone member of the AirGarage team leading the execution, prioritization, and strategy for growth marketing.
-- Drive SEO, keyword, and content strategy based on data
-- A long list of other things we can’t predict, because we’re a small startup with a big vision for the future and you’re joining us in the early stages :)
WHAT YOU NEED
-- Excellent writing skills -- both in communicating internally to the team as well as externally through ad copy, product pages, and blog copy.
-- An analytical bend -- we want our growth strategy to be grounded in data about keywords, impressions, and clicks.
-- Strong project management and organizational skills, a willingness to experiment, learn, and take initiative.
-- Ability to fuse writing and design to create beautiful pages that serve as lead generation magnets.
-- Bonus: some programming skills -- to create content pages and for scripting to source leads.
-- By joining as one of the first employees, there is enormous opportunity ahead for you to shape the future of AirGarage in this role.
-- A lot of room to grow - the growth team will be hundreds of people within a few years, and you’ll be the foundation of that team.
-- The opportunity to change the way that the world thinks about real estate use in our cities.
-- You’ll be joining a sharp, motivated team in a fun and intimate office in San Francisco.
