We’re looking for a high-EQ, detail-oriented Talent | People Ops addition to support our growing organization. You’ll work with managers throughout the organization to onboard new hires and work with cross-functional teams to provide an excellent onboarding experience. You will also support the growing team(s) with a boots-on-the-ground ability to take care of Recruiting and HR large and small.
Our Talent | People Ops will work with our current people and talent building blocks to balance a mix of on-call and deep-thinking responsibilities. An ideal candidate for this role is flexible, can work autonomously, and can switch rapidly from in-the-moment collaboration to focused solo-work. AiFi is a lean organization, and you'll constantly be facing new challenges as the needs of the organization morph.
Talent :
- Design and improve on our recruitment processes from optimizing our recruitment pipeline to finding new ways to deliver the best possible candidate experience; finding new sourcing hacks and ways how to attract new potential candidates
- Elevate and manage our "white glove" candidate experience to best demonstrate our values and success drivers
- Possess and embody our company culture and values, and establish a reputation with the business of high integrity and top performance
People Operations:
- Supporting the Director, Talent & Culture in elevating our employee experience to a whole new level
- Drive all the onboarding processes from the ground up
- Help embed consistent People Ops practices to establish a solid foundation at scale
- Foster a positive employee engagement, empower and praise (including diversity and inclusion) workplace
- An additional organizational powerhouse who can collaborate with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Impeccable personal integrity and sound, accurate judgment
- Prior experience in a Talent Acquisition and People Ops
- Ability to identify and execute process improvements to make systems more streamlined
- Flexible about handling many different kinds of responsibilities and a fast-changing workplace
- Proven ability to manage projects and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive and confident about taking on responsibility and delivering results
