SEO Account Manager

  • The only thing that matters in SEO is being #1. We're looking for a person who will be relentless when it comes to achieving the #1 ranking. 

    You'll be responsible for formalizing search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and tactics for our website and several clients. You should be an expert executing inbound linking strategies, content generation, cross-linking, social media marketing. Specialist will work closely with marketing and content development teams, as well as directly with clients. 

    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the Content, Marketing and Product teams to advise them on SEO strategies and the SEO implications of their work and plans

    Develop, execute and monitor keyword rankings. 

    Perform accurate and in-depth analyses of rankings, issues and opportunities. 

    Reviewing and managing all page content, keywords and tagging

    Analyze changing opportunities and monitoring trends in search engine algorithms and important keywords and competitive analysis as it relates to SEO, and research media opportunities.


    Requirements:
    2 to 4 years of SEO work experience at an agency or industry leading site
    Demonstrable track record of top rankings for difficult keywords.
    BA or BS degree (preferred in field such as economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science) 
    Advanced skill with Excel or similar required
    Excellent communicator, using data to make your point
    Driven self-starter who thinks about the people and processes needed to get things done
