Director of Inbound Sales

Located in Hollywood, is a rapidly growing digital agency that specializes in Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat advertising. Some of our clients include True Religion, NewEgg, American Bullion, Blink Bar, Quincy Jones Productions and MaxiGlide. We are looking for a senior level account executive that is motivated to sign on SMB clients with $25,000+ a month in digital ad spend on Facebook or Instagram.

  • $75,000 ($1,500 / week) Commission: 
  • 1% of First Months Ad Spend (One time)
  • Services ~10% (VideoMint, SocialMint, TBD after launch)Responsibilities:
  • Close Warm Inbound Leads 
  • Revisit Past Clients 
  • Revisit Old Leads 
  • Client Upsells to Adwords, Snapchat, etc. 
  • In Office Position

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Previous sales experience in digital advertising, marketing or mobile related services.
  • Extremely “Connected” to Clients
  • Can find and keep balance between client’s needs and the company’s. 
  • Prefers to deal with warm and old leads
  • A proven track record of closing large ad spend deals.
  • Can handle complex sales cycles.
  • Speak to C-Level prospects.
  • Effectively manage time and leads.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to meet and surpass sales goals.
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, Salesforce/Prosperworks.

Candidate will be expected to:
  • Follow up and qualify all warm leads.
  • Ability to nurture and close warm leads.
  • Find sales opportunities with SMB’s or large companies spending $25k+ on digital ads monthly.
  • Provide feedback to marketing department regarding lead quality.
  • Provide feedback to account managers regarding clients needs.
  • Cross-sell, up-sell future digital ad services.
  • Grow total revenue and agency billings.
