We are looking for individuals who are passionate about social media advertising and eager to learn and grow their knowledge. You must be a smart, analytical problem solver who can quickly resolve advertising-related issues, such as ads not delivering, ads rejected by Facebook, or budgets spending too quickly. Using your relationship-building skills, you must be able to retain clients and help them scale their ads and budgets. You must be a hungry go-getter whose goal is to help clients grow their business and obtain their goals.

This is a 3-month internship position with potential to become a full-time paid position with medical, dental and 401K based on performance.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad account(s). This includes creating Facebook and Instagram ads, analyzing the results, adjusting strategies to improve results, and interpreting analytical reports.
- 1-2 years of experience managing digital ad account(s) Google, Bing, Yahoo, Twitter, etc.
- Facebook Blueprint Certification (Preferred)
- Photoshop and/or basic photo editing skills
- Working on or have a College Degree in Marketing/Business
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of creating Facebook and Instagram ads on Ads Manager & Power Editor
- Knowledge of paid social media
- Knowledge of uploading and using Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences on Ads Manager
- Some knowledge on how to generate and install the Facebook pixel
- Ability to generate results with every type of business objective (Purchases, leads, app installs, etc.)
- Some knowledge of how to implement a full-funnel marketing strategy.
- Basic understanding of bidding techniques (AutoBid, CPC, CPM, oCPM)
- Basic statistical analysis
- Some experience with scaling up campaigns
- Knowledge of creating and interpreting spreadsheets
- Ability to understand, schedule, or generate reports quickly
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize important projects
