Enterprise Account Manager

Administrate is a training management platform used by hundreds of companies around the world to plan, design, deliver, and measure learning and development for their employees and customers. Our mission is to provide an industry-leading platform that enables enterprises to run their training function more efficiently and effectively so that they can focus more on connecting with people than administrating programs.

We are a fast growing, energetic company, with an established global customer base, a solid core team, and a clear vision. And, we’re looking for a new Enterprise Account Manager!

Our U.S. office is in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, joining forces with our headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland, and an office in Beirut, Lebanon. This role will be based on-site at our Bozeman location. 

Our platform has evolved a lot in recent years, taking us up market, squarely into the enterprise tech space. We’re delighted with the success we’ve experienced so far, and we enjoy working together.

You have a strong business acumen, ability to drive conversations with enterprise c-suites, and ideally have previous experience as a B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Account Manager.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with existing Enterprise customers
  • Follow Land and Expand opportunities from BDR step to close
  • Proactively sell into other departments/regions
  • Proactively source leads from existing Enterprise customers
  • Liaise with Marketing department to augment and target Enterprise prospects 
  • Conduct term agreement annual renewals for existing customers
  • Liaise with other relevant internal teams to drive forward close of deals e.g. Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Product Delivery. 
  • Achieve monthly Expansion targets
  • Achieve monthly Pro Services targets
  • Chair meetings with clients from Users to C-Suite level and give clear agenda items, outcomes and priorities
  • Assist other team members with questions/feedback/training
  • You will be required to host training sessions with clients. These are paid sessions and clear outcomes/objectives must be communicated with the client
  • Contribute to Product feedback
  • Speaking at external and internal events

What You'll Need
  • Ability to build strong relationships and embed yourself as a key member in Customer’s organizations.
  • Ability to leverage your relationship in expanding current customers 
  • Experience of working with Enterprise companies
  • Experience of selling into Enterprise companies 
  • Experience of working to monthly revenue expansion targets
  • Highly organized
  • Communicating well (verbal and written) with others at various levels and disciplines - C Suite, technical etc.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS 
  • Strong understanding of the Administrate product/solution
  • Project management skills
  • Change management skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to lead/drive meetings with multiple stakeholders, internal and external
