· -Assisting existing Customers with their product needs
· -Showcasing features to prospects
· -Delivering value proposition and generate interest of the prospects / leads
· -On-Boarding newly signed customers and handholding them throughout the process
· -Helping existing customers with questions on how to use advanced features.
This is what you need to qualify:
· -A minimum of 3 year experience as a Product Expert, Sales Engineer or a Technical Support Analyst
· -Outstanding phone and customer management skills
-Montreal Based
· -Perectly bilingual (English and French)
