The business development associate will be a part of sales team and will work closely with stakeholders to streamline the sales leads qualification process.
What you'll do
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Routing qualified opportunities to the to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Provide support to the sales team by researching and qualifying new leads and opportunities.
Experience with cold calling, setting up appointments,
Assist in providing information on new developments and opportunities with potential and existing clients.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
What We're Looking For
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
2-4 years experience in sales or similar environment preferably in technology related or similar field.
Strong aptitude to learn and driven to help others.
Good communication and writing skills.
Strong work ethics.
Customer Service Skills
Flexibility and persistence.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
