As a Mobile Sales Planner, you will be the lead of the entire pre-sales process, working with sales managers (account executives) to respond to all RFPs in an effective and timely manner. You will be the lead idea generator and will orchestrate the entire process from start to finish. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Ad Ops, Creative Services, Account Management, to deliver innovative proposals to some of the top brands and agencies in the US.

Qualifications:
- Has 3-4 years of experience as a digital sales or media planner at a digital media company, publisher, or agency.
- Possesses a good understanding of technologies and technical aspects used in digital/mobile advertising and reporting, various targeting methodologies, as well as site- and third-party serving approach.
- A clear understanding of time-sensitivity around due dates of proposals, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines concurrently.
- Solid knowledge of research tools used by media planners and buyers such as comScore, Nielsen, SensorTower, eMarketer, @Plan, AdRelevance.
- Strong ability to tell a cohesive, engaging story in PPT, experience in Powerpoint or Apple’s Keynote program (Photoshop skills are a plus).
- Good analytic skills, including a high level of comfort with Excel
- Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
Responsibilities
- Work with sales managers to respond to all RFPs by creating effective and innovative media plans/proposals that meet client objectives, and coordinate the on-time delivery.
- Participate in the brainstorming of ideas for client RFPs, and coordinate communication between the sales managers, inventory management, sales marketing, and creative services to help determine feasibility.
- Work with the Ad Ops team to understand inventory avails and pricing.
- Work with the Creative Services team to come up with innovative, interactive rich media End Card ideas.
- Compile mobile video audience and advertising research to support proposals, which emphasize the value of AdColony’s media offerings in relation to campaign objectives and strategies.
- Manage the cataloging of all proposals and manage sales exec and management access.
- Input and track all current proposals/opportunities in the SalesForce CRM system and manage the company’s forecast reports as needed.
