AdColony is searching for a Sales Manager, to drive revenue both brand direct and agency-led in the Dubai market. The candidate will be a dynamic sales executive with a proven track record in both direct and programmatic sales, with a minimum of 2 years experience.
An extensive digital advertising background is a must, and all candidates must possess the following: enthusiasm for the ever-shifting media landscape, a strong sense of urgency, a can-do attitude, and be self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
Job Description
| · Prospect, engage and follow up on new advertising opportunities, securing new ad campaigns - key KPI is revenue
| · Drive advertising revenue with IO / Programmatic
| · Drive revenue in an effort to reach our regional sales goals
| · Optimize and manage existing campaigns with clients and our internal Ad Operations
| · Drive advertising revenue with IO / Programmatic
| · Deepen cooperation and build stronger relationships with key customer accounts
| · Potential travel to Saudi, Egypt, Morocco, Kuwait / other Gulf
| · Regular client service requirements / proactively look for opportunities
Requirements
· Good communication skills
· 2-3 years digital experience
· Existing local relationship with media agencies / direct clients in the region
· Strong understanding of existing mobile advertising
· Proven track record to manage and develop client relationships
· Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
· Ability to collaborate with Ad ops, international and management teams
· Self starter, ability to work independently
