Account Executive, Brand Performance

AdColony, the world’s premium mobile video ad network and an innovation leader in HD mobile video advertising, is looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join AdColony’s growing performance advertising team in San Francisco.  This unique opportunity will focus on growing business with current brand performance advertising partners (both developers and brands) as well as prospecting and developing new relationships with non-gaming app developers.
 
Top candidates will demonstrate a passion for building and expanding business relationships with the largest mobile app developers, performance marketing agencies, and other performance advertisers on behalf of the company.  The qualified candidate will have a demonstrated interest and experience in sales, marketing, performance advertising, analytics, and business development and will possess an understanding of social gaming, mobile apps, mobile advertising, video, and user acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  • Grow AdColony’s brand performance advertising business with top performance advertising partners with a focus on non-gaming app developers on iOS and Android
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships with an emphasis on superior customer service and positive client experience
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams from AdOps, Account Management, and Sales, to ensure optimal campaign performance, delivery, and execution

Requirements:
  • BA/BS required (economics, business, or marketing preferred)
  • 2-3 years of ad sales experience and/or quantitative/analytical background (finance/consulting/account management) - mobile advertising preferred
  • Experience in or a passion for mobile and video advertising
  • Familiarity with user acquisition and growth models for mobile apps (CPI, CPA, CPC, CPCV)
  • Experience with in-app advertising tracking and campaign optimization
  • Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and key players
  • Passion for mobile technology, iOS, and Android apps, advertising
  • Proven track record to manage and develop client relationships
  • Exceptional consultative and solutions-driven relationship skills
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities across client needs
  • Ability to collaborate with account management, Ad Ops and creative teams
  • Hungry for new business
  • Self-starter
  • Positive attitude, energetic with a sense of humor
  • Enjoys playing mobile apps/games preferred
