Acrolinx is looking for an Enterprise Account Director based in Germany (Berlin or somewhere else) to enable us to continue to scale our DACH business. The ideal candidate has successfully sold enterprise software and has the results to prove it. In this role, you’ll develop account strategies and action plans that both expand value within existing customer accounts and acquire new business. ABOUT YOUR ROLE
- As an Enterprise Account Director, you will be passionate, enthusiastic and a successful new business sales person who wants to be part of a growing team.
- We want you to be a key player in our field sales team reporting to the VP EMEA to drive net new business sales into medium & large size accounts
- We will give you the ability to drive your business using all the resources to hand through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, customer success and professional services people
- You will be expected to be able to execute new business complex sales engagements implementing value-selling processes while being supported by our marketing teams in our account-based marketing efforts.
- You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to create and build relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors, participate as a speaker and evangelist where necessary as well as working with our partner community.
- You must be proactive in your work and are expected to maintain accurate, timely opportunity, pipeline and forecast data
- You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Acrolinx as a leader in Content AI and Active Content
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Several years sales experience, at least more than five years experience of selling to C-level within medium or large corporate enterprise accounts from a direct, field sales or client director position is essential across the DACH region
- Proven success of selling into new logo accounts in a new market segment
- Prior experience of working for a content marketing technology vendor or CMS vendor or an Agency or have related experience in the field of creation of content
- Proven experience of cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners and alliances
- Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills
