Program Manager (m/f/d)


Acrolinx delivers best-in-class linguistic software solutions to many of the world’s greatest brands. Chances are, you’ve already read content that Acrolinx soft­ware helped to shape. Our customers rely on our AI to write better content, faster. Acrolinx integrates into more than 30 editing environments, like office suites, XML-editors, and Content Management Systems. Pretty much anywhere you create content!

We’re looking for a generally nice and smart person to join our team to help deliver our product across a quickly growing number of integrations with content technologies.

 
Your role

  • You’ll be responsible for managing our integrations program, which ensures our product consistently adds value across the many environments it’s integrated in. This includes prioritization, planning and management of the release cycle and the releases themselves. 
  • You’ll represent Acrolinx, liaising with internal stakeholders across the business as well as our external technical partners.
  • You’ll collaborate with developers and product management to define the scope of projects.
  • You’re experienced in project management and reporting, and appreciate the importance of knowledge sharing through documentation. 


Your profile

  • Very good communication skills. But seriously: You’ll talk to engineering, quality assurance, stakeholders, external partners and many other teams. All of them have a different perspective on the product and that’s a good thing. However, you’ll need to be able communicate goals and use cases to all people involved. 
    Bonus points for extra communication talents like interpretive dance, mime, or a sense of humor.
  • Educational or professional background in software with experience in development and business aspects.
  • Background in B2B Enterprise software projects and content management systems is a plus
  • You don’t need to code but you should have an understanding of software development.

Our development process uses a Kanban approach and we have regular retrospectives to continually make adjustments. It’s important to us that we don’t get stuck with processes. To combat this, we tailor our environment to how we like to work, to be able to work efficiently. If you’ve already worked in successful agile teams, we look forward to your ideas.
