SDLC Analyst

Subject Matter Expert for 24 Accessions Defense Business Systems. Formulate and define system scope and objectives using knowledge of Recruiting Command, Cadet Command, USARNG and AMRG information technology and industry knowledge/requirements.  Act as a liaison between the various clients and technical solutions/support groups, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze, and validate business processes and needs, systems, and solution requirements.  Research, identify, and specify solutions to problems as required.  Document requirements for annual Organization Execution Plan, Problem Statements and APMS.  Support requirements management, and change management processes.    Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of IT systems- related experience
Completed Bachelor degree in technical or business discipline.  Four years of additional general experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Work history with one or more of the clients (USAREC, USAAC, AMRG, ARNG)
Ability to interface with clients and gather requirements and facilitate meetings
Strong written and verbal communications
Strong client facing skills
Must possess a Secret Clearance (interim is acceptable to start)
Ability to work in small team

Technical Requirements:
·BS in technical or business discipline
·4+ years of business analysis experience
·Fluidity with Microsoft Office and Acrobat.

Optimum Candidate Qualifications:
·Knowledge of APMS, OEP, Investment Certification.
·Knowledge of USAREC, USAAC, AMRG, USARNG as it relates to accessioning
·Experience writing EXSUMs, White Papers, memorandums, Information Papers or other documents
