Admin Specialist & Outreach Coordinator


We are seeking a motivated individual who is friendly and engaging to help manage our La Jolla office. 

Duties include:

  • Client balance management
  • Direct communication with clients
  • Student advocacy
  • Stock
  • Client/Therapist scheduling
  • Organization of staff meetings, office updates, and consultations
  • Meetings with supervisor for updates, management, and growth
  • Marketing assistance and organization
  • Tracking of weekly metrics
  • Providing support to the hiring of new independent contractors and therapists
  • Assessment and communication of needs
  • Community interface and outreach
  • Event coordination
  • Marketing and social media

We enjoy having students on our front desk staff and are expecting to be flexible with your school schedule. Keep in mind that we will need evening/weekend availability, and with an understanding that it will change every quarter. We are specifically looking for someone who can work late afternoons/early evenings. The position will allow for a range of 15-25 hours weekly, with opportunity to work on special events, attend staff meetings and professional developments. Start Date ~ April 2019
Compensation $12/hour

Our Front Desk staff will need to be energetic and independent. An individual who is comfortable with autonomy, takes initiative, is well-organized, and has strong social skills. This position will work closely with our local Director and Office Manager.
