What would you do? 

  • Provide for the overall direction and coordination of ABA therapy for our clients
  • Partners with the client / family to develop treatment plans, training, opportunities in the home to advance the goals prioritized by the family and team. 
  • Collaborates with the BT/RBTs to plan, coordinate, and provide for services  of the client / family while contributing to the mission and common purpose of the Company. 
  • Supervision of BCBAs to meet the regulatory requirements of the State of North Carolina.
  • Provide ABA Therapy to designated clients
 
Who are we looking for?

  • Master's degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology 
  • Active NC Licensure as a  LPA  
  • Prior experience in developing programs for children with Autism
