In view of our business expansion, 9GAG is looking for an aggressive individual with an
entrepreneurial mindset to join us as Global Partnership & CRM Manager. Overseeing the
organization's CRM ensuring the company can make the most out of our users.
This role is based in Hong Kong.
Duties of a CRM Manager include:
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across all 9GAG channels, encouraging user's retention and loyalty.
- Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture, ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at critical points in the customer life cycle.
- Reaching out to brands to join barter program to reward our followers and turn them into our loyal users.
- Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
- Overseeing direct communications with customers through different channels, from eDM, social, direct messages, and more.
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies; ensuring maximum profitability.
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
The ideal background of a CRM Manager:
- Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing, ideally in a similar industry.
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies.
- A Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring active collaboration in an organization.
