As an Accounting and Office Manager in a fast growing startup, you'll have complete ownership of the day to day finance operations and office administration. You have the opportunity to broaden perspective to cover business operation, administration, legal & compliance and business partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing, budgeting & forecasting, and financial reporting
- Audit and tax reporting
- Prepare invoices for clients and business partners, and chase settlement if necessary
- Responsible for office administrative duties and all-round human resources affairs, such as hiring, payroll, MPF, etc
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
- Qualified ACCA/ACMA/HKICPA is a bonus
- Minimum 3 years or above solid accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with Xero and Salesforce tools would be highly beneficial
- Excited by high growth, fast-paced high-tech startup companies, and have an aptitude for latest information technology
- Responsible, self-motivated, independent, flexible
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Flexible working hours eg. 3 full days per week will be considered
