VR Producer

Our Client is creating a first-ever VR/AR World of Science and Technology experience; a collaborative Virtual and Augmented Reality gaming platform between industry leading scientists and universities for one of the world’s biggest industries. If you are interested in pushing the boundaries of VR and AR through Science and Technology with a gamification element, this may be the opportunity for you!
 
We are seeking a full-time Producer to join dedicated team. We believe that VR and AR are the future of scientific research and education and would like you to be a part of the future.

Responsibilities:

Building roadmaps for features, identyfying potential critical paths, and implementing creative solutions
Setting up scheudules, milestones, and budgets
Risk management
Recognising opportunities to improve project or general workflows
Overlooking a team of talented programmers and artists based in Germany and India; making sure all teams are synced and meet the deadlines in place
Collaborating with external teams and vendors

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a Producer in video games/VR industry
Outstanding project and people management skills
Strong problem solving and organisational skills
Passion for new technologies; experience in VR/AR projects is a plus
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Extraordinary communication skills, ability to motivate and discuss issues in a diplomatic manner
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Priority will be given to candidates fluent in German
