We are seeking a HR Manager to join their dedicated team. We believe that VR and AR are the future of scientific research and education and would like you to be a part of our future.
HR-business partner for the employees (approx. ) of our client at the location in Germany, initially Staufen, from 2020 onwards Freiburg, as well as for additional freelance staff and service providers at international locations
Establishment and continuous optimization of innovative HR-processes, particularly in the area of talent acquisition
Guaranteeing an efficient human resource management (time management, payroll accounting, personnel-planning and -development, operational end-to-end recruiting, determining areas that require additional personnel, screening and selection of new personnel and onboarding) of a wide variety of positions by utilizing different recruiting channels such as active sourcing, social media tools and collaboration with recruitment agencies
Planning and implementation of strategic personnel marketing activities, guaranteeing an appealing company presence for sustainable staff recruitment
Consultation of company management and executives in any personnel-relevant topics as an initiator and sparring partner
Business management training or a degree with a focus on human resource management or a comparable education
Substantial knowledge in the areas of social security law, labor law and income tax law
Prior experience with international HR work focusing on talent acquisition/recruiting, preferably in a dynamic company environment (i.e. start-ups, e-commerce, game industry)
Strategic intelligence with a hands-on mentality, strength in operational implementation and organizational talent.
Very strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken German and English
High level of empathy and a positive attitude
Technical affinity and curiosity (i.e. digitalization, artificial intelligence, technical products)
