REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in console and/or PC game art and has successfully shipped more than 1 title.
Excellent knowledge of Unreal engine or Unity.
Ability to transfer concept art and photo reference into a realistic 3d character model.
Time management and ability to work within deadlines.
Superior knowledge in digital sculpting, Zbrush or similar products.
Good knowledge of low-poly modelling, UV mapping and rigging using 3ds Max/Maya.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of human anatomy, scale and proportions.
Excellent communication and self-management skills.
Strong knowledge of relevant technology, pipeline and the game industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
They are looking for a passionate and experienced Character Artist, eager to play a pivotal role in creating the visual quality of their AAA VR experiences.
Their ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is confident in creating variety of character models that can run efficiently on several VR headsets.
As a Character Artist you will develop characters based on concept art, photo reference, according to the projects’ technical specifications and art direction.
