We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Manager to join their dedicated team in Freiburg. We need your expertise in attracting top talents to their studio, cooperate with external recruitment partners and and be their brand ambassador.
Planning and executing recruitment strategies across all departments
Full cycle recruitment: collecting hiring needs from team leads, job posting, sourcing, interviewing ,conducting reference checked and contract negotiations
Cooperating with external recruitment agencies
Active headhunting using multiple channels
Managing database of candidates
Participating in recruitment events,
Ownership of the candidate experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment in game dev, VR or technical start up
Have proven track of recruiting for technical positions in fast paced environment
High level of independency and "can do it" attitude
Experience in working with external agencies and headhunters
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and metrics
Excellent interpersonal skills
