Head of Sales

We are looking for an ambitious, metrics-driven sales leader who is seeking to scale a B2B sales organization and drive revenue. As the head of sales, you will advocate for your team while working to support our broader mission. You have a proven track record of success and you’re ready to take our sales team through the next wave of growth. You are entrepreneurial and can demonstrate quick thinking and creative problem-solving while possessing excellent people and management abilities. Your definition of success is not just about hitting goals but building an empowered and effective sales team . You will collaborate with cross functional teams to develop sales strategies and drive key initiatives to achieve company objectives. 

The Role
• Own, develop, and lead all aspects of sales development strategy
• Hire, lead & mentor a high performing sales team
• Set a high standard for data integrity, sales reporting and forecasting, operating within a highly data driven environment
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual objectives and targets
• Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive both new business development growth and operational excellence
• Partner closely with Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams to improve our product based on customer feedback
• Serve as the internal voice of our prospects, offering insights into the market
• Build scalable and repeatable processes for the sales team
• Balance team leadership and direct sales responsibilities while scaling the business

Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions
• Past experience selling in a team-oriented, product-centric environment
• Passion for developing and mentoring sales talent
• B2B SaaS experience
