The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of sales experience in products or technology, and a desire to grow their sales and leadership abilities.
Requirements of the Sales Executive
- Engage decision makers in the construction industry, real estate, and public companies
- Understand the customer's delivery timelines and sales cycle
- Understand our company's technology and effectively communicate our value proposition
- 2-3 Years of Sales Experience working with Decision Makers and exceeding quota
Responsibilities of the Sales Executive
- Excel in phone sales and cold-call up to 60+ prospects a day.
- Master our sales process like a fish to water
- Achieve mutually defined sales metrics during training and ramp-up
- Be collaborative and create a fantastic environment for team mates
Compensation and Benefits of the Sales Executive
- Base+ Bonus: $40,000- $70,000 a year
